WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Domestic Orders
FREE Domestic shipping on all orders over $65 (orders within Australia only).

Shipping can typically take anywhere between 3-10 business days to arrive, we currently use Australia Post. Please allow more time for regional areas and delays due to COVID 19.

We offer the below shipping methods:
Pick up from our HQ in Freshwater (2096 NSW) - Free
Domestic Standard (free for orders over $65) - $10
Domestic Express - $25

We are currently not offering international shipping

We currently except payment via credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or by direct bank transfer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know via email info@carabourn.com.au or click here to contact us, within 7 days from receiving goods.
We will exchange/refund less shipping costs, only if products are unused and in the same condition they were sent/received. Please note we are not responsible for any damage in transit of returned goods and recommend returning your items via registered post.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or products on sale.

WHAT TYPE OF WAX IS USED IN CARA BOURN CANDLES?
We use a deluxe soy wax in our candles, made from 100% natural, plant based products. Our wax is biodegradable and non toxic, and therefore better for the environment. Our candles burn cleanly, at a cooler temperature and product less soot and smoke then non soy candles candles. No other chemicals or additives are add to our soy candles making them truly 100% soy.
WHAT KIND OF WICKS ARE USED IN CARA BOURN CANDLES
We use wooden wicks in our soy candles, that crackle when they burn, just like the sound of a log fire. Our wicks offer a cleaner burn with no carbon build up. They also offer a longer burn time, maximising the life of your Cara Bourn soy candles

HOW DO I REMOVE SPILT WAX?
Allow the wax to cool, and then the wax can be removed easily with warm soapy water.
IS MY CARA BOURN CANDLE JAR RE-USABLE?
Most definitely! When you have finished burning your Cara Bourn soy candle, simply wash out any leftover soy wax with hot soapy water and use for whatever you wish - maybe a vase, plant pot, storage container or even a cocktail glass!
